Alternatives to sitting at work:
- Microbreak for 60-120 seconds every 30 minutes.
- Don’t sit at home. Relax by being active.
- Work at a “standing” desk some or most of the time.
- Work at a treadmill desk. Sounds far-fetched, but may boost productivity.
