Front Desk Receptionist

Our growing company is seeking a highly motivated and positive individual with great organizational and communication skills to join our team at the Front Desk. 

KEY TASKS

  • Schedule appointments and enters appointment date and time into office schedule

Clinical Assistant (part-time or full-time)

This highly motivated and positive individual works under the doctor’s supervision as part of the clinical care team and performs the patient-facing and administrative duties necessary to optimize a patient’s experience.  This is an excellent position for part-time or full-time

Chiropractic Therapy Assistant/ Chiropractic X-ray Technologist

This highly motivated and positive individual works under the doctor’s supervision as part of the clinical care team. A Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA) and Chiropractic X-ray Technologist (CXT) is licensed by the State of Tennessee to perform patient care under the direction of a doctor of chiropractic. This is a rewarding career for those motivated by personal and professional growth. Cole Pain Therapy Group provides the necessary training and pathway funding for licensure as a CTA and CXT.

KEY TASKS

  • Apply physical therapies (interferential current, ultrasound, cold laser, Normatec compression, kinesiology tape, etc.) in accordance with a patient’s treatment plan (upon completion of CTA training program)
  • Perform digital x-ray studies as directed by the ordering chiropractic physician (upon completion of CXT training program)
  • Assess patients’ vital signs and record in the electronic record system
  • Clean and stock clinical areas
  • Monitor clinical supply stock for re-ordering
  • Promote health benefits of patients receiving therapy in accordance with the doctor prescribed treatment plan

Massage Therapist (to be licensed as a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant)

This highly motivated and positive individual works to provide patients with a comfortable and relaxing experience while ensuring the utmost safety for our guests. This individual will be responsible for providing therapeutic massage and manual therapy services. Cole Pain Therapy Group provides the necessary training and pathway funding for licensure as a Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA). This CTA certification ensures the highest level of customer service by allowing the therapist to work as a professional extension of the ordering doctor of chiropractic. 

KEY TASKS

Our manual therapy staff provides specific massage and muscular therapy that is tailored to meet the patient’s condition and or injury. 

  • Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required 
  • Must be focused on customer service and be able to communicate effectively with patients, office management and clinical staff 
  • Understands the therapeutic and healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork
  • Perform consecutive 50-minute manual therapy sessions 
  • Set up and prepare therapy rooms before the start of each session 
  • Organize specific sessions based on a patient’s individual needs 
  • Promote health & wellness benefits to patients receiving therapy on a regular basis or otherwise in accordance with the doctor prescribed treatment plan
  • Create excellent experience for clients through friendly and helpful attitude 
  • Solicit new patient referrals 
  • Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas 
  • Must have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with the team
