Available Positions

Front Desk Receptionist (Full-time and Part-time) *Currently Hiring*

Our growing company seeks an outgoing and highly relational individual with great organizational and communication skills to join our team in the front receptionist position. 

KEY TASKS

  • Greet, host, and assist patients with a smile.
  • Answer the telephone with a smile.
  • Enter patient information into the office computer system.
  • Assist new patients in filling out the registration form. 
  • Register patients and verify that records are up-to-date and accurate. 
  • Collect and post payments, including credit card transactions. 
  • Schedule appointments and enter the appointment date and time into the office schedule.
  • Manage appointment confirmation and scheduling via text message application.
  • Solicit referrals from patients.
  • Follow all practice policies, procedures, and agreements (see at the bottom of this page).

INCOME AND BENEFITS

  • Starting at $15 per hour.
  • 401K plan with matching after 12 months
  • $15-$20 when including bonus incentive payment based on experience and performance.
  • Full-time includes generous health insurance options, a flexible spending account (health and dependent care), holiday pay, and paid time off.

Clinical Assistant (part-time) *Currently Hiring*

This highly motivated and positive individual works under the doctor’s supervision as part of the clinical care team and performs the patient-facing and administrative duties necessary to optimize a patient’s experience.  This is an excellent position for part-time or full-time.

KEY TASKS

  • Greet patients and direct their physical movement from the reception area to specific treatment areas and then back to check-out.
  • Clean clinical treatment rooms and patient reception area.
  • Restock clinical supplies.
  • Promote health benefits of patients receiving therapy per the doctor-prescribed treatment plan.
  • Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and helpful attitude. 
  • Solicit new patient referrals. 
  • Follow all practice policies, procedures, and agreements.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Willing to energetically support the needs of patients and the team.

CLINICAL ASSISTANT TRAINING AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or current high school student
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • An eagerness to learn on the job

Chiropractic Therapy Assistant and Chiropractic X-ray Technologist (part-time and full-time) *Currently Hiring*

This highly motivated and positive individual works under the doctor’s supervision as part of the clinical care team. A Chiropractic Therapy Assistant (CTA) and Chiropractic X-ray Technologist (CXT) is licensed by the State of Tennessee to perform patient care under the direction of a doctor of chiropractic. This is a rewarding career for those motivated by personal and professional growth. Cole Pain Therapy Group provides the necessary training and pathway funding for licensure as both a CTA and CXT.

KEY TASKS

The requirements listed below are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. 

  • Greet and direct the patient’s physical movement from the reception area to specific treatment areas and then back to check-out.
  • Apply physical therapies (interferential current, ultrasound, cold laser, Normatec compression, kinesiology tape, etc.) in accordance with a patient’s treatment plan (upon completion of the CTA training program).
  • Perform digital x-ray studies as directed by the ordering chiropractic physician (upon completion of the CXT training program).
  • Assess patients’ vital signs and record them in the electronic record system.
  • Clean and stock clinical areas.
  • Monitor clinical supply stock for re-ordering.
  • Promote health benefits of patients receiving therapy in accordance with the doctor-prescribed treatment plan.
  • Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Solicit new patient referrals.
  • Must be focused on customer service and be able to communicate effectively with patients, office management, and clinical staff.
  • Must have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with the team.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Follow all practice policies, procedures, and agreements.
